Our F5C and F5D students had a special culinary experience of dim sum making at Shek Pai Wan Vocational Centre in Coloane.

Our teachers Ms Cecilia Chu, Ms Amy Wong, Ms Loleta Lei, Ms Jenny Wong, Ms Susana Wong, Ms Jessica Lei and Ms Venus Chan also joined the classes. They spent a fruitful and delightful afternoon in the production of siu mai 燒賣 and deep fried dumplings with vegetables and pork 鹹水角 with the guidance of Chef Tam from the IFT.

Our students demonstrated their interest through active listening and trials. They are also responsible to do the clean-up by themselves. As the name ‘dim sum’ suggests, it really touches our hearts.
