Career and Life Planning Outreach Activities for Senior Secondary Students

To broaden our students’ scope in tertiary institutions and the career world, we have organised outreach activities for our Form 4 and Form 5 students in July 2021.

Our Form 5 girls were warmly welcomed by University of Macau and IFTM on July 1, 2021. For their visit at University of Macau, our students went as small groups to the Faculty of Business Administration, the Faculty of Education, the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Faculty of Science and Technology. They also learnt more about student life in the MCMC College.

As for our students visiting IFTM, they enjoyed a variety of experiences from both their Macau and Taipa campuses, ranging from retail to culinary skills. They also learned more about the cultural heritage of Macau.

On July 6, 2021, our Form 4 students had a career visit to different firms in Macau. They were warmly welcomed by Hovione Macau, It’s Pure Production, Morpheus hotel, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC). Students were able to understand more about the operations and prospects of these different industries in Macau. They received good advice through the exchanges with the representatives from each firm.
