On 7th March 2026, our campus radiated warmth and nostalgia as we welcomed alumnae back for a special Alumnae Day, themed “Reunion: Homecoming of Hearts”. It was a joyous occasion that brought together generations of the Sacred Heart family to celebrate their shared heritage and relive fond memories of their school days. The event was graced by Sr. Dorothy Cheng, Supervisor Sr. Evelyn Yip, Principal Sr. Susanna Yu, and representatives from the Alumnae Association.
The afternoon unfolded with a delightful cultural showcase. Our percussion ensembles delivered high-energy performances, while the Latin Dance classes captivated the audience with their spirited routines. The Secondary School Chinese Orchestra filled the hall with a lively traditional piece, and a Form 6 string ensemble impressed with an exciting film medley. The Secondary School Choir moved everyone with a beautiful a cappella piece, and the Primary School Dance Group offered a graceful and inspiring interpretation of the legend of Mulan. The celebration drew to a close with a choral singing of the school song, followed by a heartfelt prayer blessing the school’s continued growth and prosperity. Afterwards, alumnae were invited to revisit the campus—wandering through special rooms and hallways, soaking in cherished memories, and witnessing the school’s evolution through the years. A special art exhibition showcasing students’ creative work was also on display, adding a colourful and personal touch to the afternoon’s celebrations.
This Alumnae Day was far more than a simple reunion. It was a tender reminder that the bonds formed within these walls are unbreakable—a beautiful continuation of the Sacred Heart spirit that connects us across generations. Our school will always remain a warm and welcoming harbour for every alumnae: a place you can always return to, where familiar faces, timeless memories, and a piece of your heart still live. May all our graduates carry forward the values and joyful moments nurtured here, letting them light the way on every journey ahead.
